TERMS & CONDITIONS
We at Excel VW Campervans, treat all our customers with the utmost respect and the highest possible standard of service. We respect every customers privacy and will not forward any personal details to any other person or organisation.
All prices are correct at time of upload and any amendments will be advised at the time when ordering.
All items must be paid for in full prior to despatch or collection. Items are sold through the mail order side of the company but collection in person is welcome during business hours. As we do not have retail premises please phone prior to visiting to confirm that we have the item in stock and that we will be available. If collecting items, payment can be made by card or cash unless other arrangements have been made.
All items remain the property of Excel VW Campervans until payment is received in full
All carriage prices where applicable are for the U.K. mainland only.
We will endeavour to supply the goods within the times stated but we are not liable where circumstances are beyond our control. eg.items being delayed/lost in the post or weather.
If you are not entirely happy with anything you have purchased from us please notify us immediately by email/phone then you must return it to us within 14 days for a refund less the outward postal charge, the items must be in the same condition as when they were sent & unused. Customers are responsible for all postage/packaging costs.
All orders will be sent via a signed for service via the post office or courier. As per the terms and conditions laid down by Royal Mails signed for delivery service, any items shipped using this service are guaranteed against loss or damage up to the value of £50 unless insured/stated otherwise. In the event of non delivery or loss/damage, the company will initiate a claim on behalf of the purchaser. In order to make a claim, a statement will be required from the purchaser to confirm non-delivery or damage. Under Royal Mails terms and conditions, non-delivery claims cannot be initiated until 14 days after the item has been posted as before this time a parcel is not classed as lost or missing.
In the case of any consignment of items having any discrepancy between the items ordered and those supplied, unless written confirmation has been included with the delivery and invoiced, or received damaged, notification must be made by the purchaser to the company immediately so that the company can inform the courier/delivery/post company within 24 hours of receipt. When signing for a delivery which appears to be damaged externally, please note this with the courier.
